Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items requested for return after 14 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Perishable goods
- Customized or personalized items
